Our program
Aerial Yoga & Stretching
Outside and with a direct view of the more we also offer stretching and flying yoga lessons.
Flying Yoga is simply put yoga in a cloth hanging from the ceiling. With the help of the trapezoidal cloth, you experience yoga in a whole new way.
Flying Yoga shifts the asanas (yoga exercises) into the air, which means that you transfer your body weight to the cloth, so to speak.
The feeling of weightlessness that spreads through the sling is far too beautiful not to have felt it at least once.
Pole Dance Outdoor
We are very lucky that the infrastructure of the hotel allows us to offer the workshops outside with a view of the sea and even without a stage. The place is pleasantly shaded and just breathtakingly beautiful.
